Aaaah, there it comes, one of my favourite art technique: Pixel-art!
This is Neagyan's Dragon Form, the dreaded -even among Smiles- Six-Tailed Serpent. Though it is a pure Dragon-typed mutation, it has a particular evolution compared to most of the Smiles.
It has, like his true form, six tail with bladed scales at the point, and a X-shaped plate on the chest. But his dragon traits are largely different from a classic dragon.
His forelimbs has evolved into two powerful arms with two claws, and his back limbs have evolved into fins. His body is very flexible like a snake's and his tail is no more differenciated from his body. It is ended by a sort of electric cone and has developped the famous six razor tails which are the main weapon of this Smile. The wings have evolved into two "cloaks"nerved by electrical lines, ended by three claws, which can expand to fly. However, He is a better swimmer than a flyer. Finally, His skull has four maws instead of two.
His scales are known to bring the one who'd yield it to the Void and to give him the devastating power of Thunder Outrage. The legend is that this Dragon once was able to drag six worlds together by wrapping them with his tails and was the one who allowed Clusters to appear.
It uses Electric breathes and Dimension Distorsions.
